flower profile and essence creation story:

One of my favorite scents, my relationship with Gardenia is so deep for me that I smell them hours before I encounter them. It has happened to me about several times - I’ll be in a car or somewhere else miles away from where Gardenia is and I smell them all of a sudden. Some time later, I happen upon a Gardenia, always happy almost to the point of tears. I’ve been becoming intimate with them since my time at the university starting in 2009. Someone who I was close with at that time would bring me Gardenias from her grandparents yard every time they had some. I don’t think it is a coincidence that this was around the time that it became clear to me what I wanted to spend my days focusing on. Fasting forwarding through about 3 years of working diligently with this essence, and it is evident that Gardenia is precise in their ‘mechanism’. This is an essence that comes in handy when one feels out of order, or like they need to establish a more conducive structure in their daily life. There is a very left-brain sort of attribute to this essence’s impact. Through my university experience, I found it enhanced my organizational and higher order thinking skills. When I wanted to just chill in the park, on my favorite tree, and not do my work, a few drops of Gardenia would motivate to see all of my projects through to complete with joy and clarity and no crazy side effects. Adderall who? Ha. The essence of Gardenia has also been found to be effective for releasing resentments we may feel towards family and others who we may have strong soul ties with. This one pairs very well with one like Goldenrod flower essence particularly when attempting to undo binds relating to family and cultural or social circles that one might feel unsupported by. Combining this essence with Moonstone essence, Divine Principle is also ideal in keeping a balance within our mental faculties, so that both are working in harmonious unison and not discordantly. Thus, intuition and logic make friends and find their common ground has always existed.
